Can I access SMSPlus text messages without a support ticket?

SMSPlus stores text messages for up to 2 years. The first year the client can access texts independently via the portal. Beyond year one, our provider will need to assist. Please open a support ticket for assistance -  clientservices@simplicityvoip.net
