How do I allow/block a call?

STIR/SHAKEN should take care of most robocalls, but what do you do when there are specific numbers/callers you would like to allow/block?

Allow/Block a Number Companywide:

If you need to allow/block a number(s) companywide, please give us a call/contact us at Simplicity and we will put a hard stop/allowance on the number(s) for your whole organization.

Allow/Block a Number on a User's Behalf:

If you would like to allow/block a number(s) for a user-

  • Log into the Simplicity portal
  • Click on the Users tab on the Domain level
  • Select the User
  • Click on the Answering Rules tab
  • Click the Allow/Block button the upper right hand corner
  • Enter the number(s) you wish to Allow/Block
  • Click the Done button to save

Allow/Block Numbers as a User:

If you would like to allow/block a number(s) as an individual user-

  • Log into the Simplicity portal
  • Click on your Answering Rules tab
  • Click the Allow/Block button in the upper right hand corner
  • Enter the number(s) you wish to Allow/Block
  • Click the Done button to save
