Troubleshooting: SimplicityGo Mobile App Password Reset

- Open the SimplicityGo mobile app
- Navigate to the menu bar (three lines) in the lower right corner of the app
- Click the Log Out button
- Enter your new portal credentials to log in
- If you're unable to log out or access the mobile app after a password change please uninstall and reinstall the SimplicityGo app and enter your user name and new password.
