Troubleshooting: SimplicityGo Mobile App Password Reset

  • Open the SimplicityGo mobile app
  • Navigate to the menu bar (three lines) in the lower right corner of the app



  • Click the Log Out button



  • Enter your new portal credentials to log in

  • If you're unable to log out or access the mobile app after a password change please uninstall and reinstall the SimplicityGo app and enter your user name and new password.
