      Using Teams-Simplicity VoIP Integration on Your Mobile Device

      We link your Simplicity VoIP phone system with Microsoft Teams for a robust, feature rich communication platform. Watch the video below to see how it all works.

      Through TeamMate Connector, your Simplicity VoIP phone system and user information is registered as a softphone application. This allows for you to receive and make calls out using the integrated dial pad on Teams. In addition to receiving and making calls, you will be able to access and make changes to the underlying Simplicity system in Teams through an integrated Simplicity app.
