How does Voicemail Notify work and what requirements are needed in order to use it?
Voicemail Notify is a service that generates a phone call from an enabled extension to a predefined call list indicating there is a new voicemail message.
Call lists can contain multiple phone numbers with set criteria including priority and scheduling.
Voicemail Notify is set to ring a call list until the call is acknowledged. A status email is sent indicating "good" if answered or "fail" if not acknowledged after completing a set ring group.
The status email notification is sent to a designated manager/contact(s).
